Thank you for your interest in becoming a Project Health and Gamma Intern! We are not currently actively interviewing, but we are always accepting applications.   • Be a current, enrolled undergraduate student at the University of Alabama
  • Be a current, active member of a University of Alabama Panhellenic, IFC, UGC, or NPHC orgainzation.
  • Hold a 2.75 GPA
  • Be able to commit an average of 5 volunteer hours per week
    • Health Hut members work two, one and a half hour shifts at the Hut per week
    • Health Ambassadors work a one hour essay writing service shift on Wednesday at Healthy Hump Day, and conduct residence hall presentations throughout the semester
    • Health Advocates participate in one hour of informal interactions, and coordinate one advocacy event per semester
    • Gammas participate in one tabling shift or one informal interaction shift, and conduct Greek chapter presentations throughout the semester
  • Attend weekly meetings on Sunday from 7:45 pm to 9:00 pm.
  • Serve on a health topic team, and create informational health materials.
  • Have a strong interest in health and wellness, and living a healthy lifestyle (you do not have to have a health-related major!)
  • Meet all substance use behavior standards
    • Maintain professional behavior
    • No illegal drug use
    • No misuse of prescription drugs
    • No false identification usage
    • No tobacco use
    • If you choose to drink, do so responsibly

When applying for Project Health and Gamma, you will be applying for Gamma and all branches of Project Health, our partner peer education organization.
